1. Controller

«Ceuta Border Queues» is a community project. Contact: contacto@colasfronteraceuta.com

This project does not belong to the Autonomous City of Ceuta, AMGEVICESA or any public body. The live camera of the holding area is public content from AMGEVICESA (via YouTube) embedded for informational purposes only.

2. Nature of the data shown

Waiting times are community estimates, not official measurements. Using the app for critical decisions is done at the user's own responsibility. The only official source for vehicles is the City's app «Embolsamiento de Ceuta».

3. Data we process (GDPR)

Reports: crossing, direction, minutes and date/time. They contain no personal data and no location data.
Optional account: email and encrypted password, managed by Supabase Auth. Used only to associate reports and to moderate.
Local data: the app stores your reports and preferences in your browser (localStorage). It sends them to no one except the report itself to Supabase.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising or third-party analytics.

4. Legal basis and purpose

We process data under legitimate interest (improving queue predictions for the community) and, for the account, by consent when you register. Anonymous reports are kept for a maximum of 6 months.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection by writing to the contact email, identifying yourself with your account email. You can also delete your account from Supabase and erase local data from your browser.

6. Processors

Supabase (database hosting and authentication) — privacy policy.
YouTube / Google — the embedded live video may load its own cookies, subject to its policy.
Telegram — if you use the bot, its privacy policy applies.

7. Minors and content

The app is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Liability

The project is offered without warranties. We are not liable for delays, losses or damages arising from the use of the estimates, nor for temporary unavailability of the service.
